Once an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the embroidery and hand-writing.

Please note that each line can have up to 6 words, they can include initials or dates also.

If you’d like to add more words to any lines or if you’d like to have larger embroidery, we can discuss this over email and invoice separately for any further costs, to be agreed before the embroidery is started.

The embroidery will be in black thread, unless you would like to choose an alternative colour and this can be discussed.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks from date or order to delivery due to the bespoke nature of this product. If you need your item sooner, please email the studio at info@cressidajamieson.com and we can discuss this.

We will notify you via email when your item has been shipped. We ship worldwide and offer the following flat rate shipping services:

1. UK - £10 via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked, next day guaranteed)

2. Europe - £15.95 via Royal Mail Tracked

3. Rest of World - £22.95 via Royal Mail Tracked
