Once an order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss the handwritten name, drawing and thread colours.

*** Please note that the embroidery will be an outline only and not filled, as per the examples.

In some cases, if a drawing is more intricate than the examples on the website, we will discuss this with you over email and may need to invoice for an added fee which will be agreed before any embroidery has been started.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks from date or order to delivery due to the bespoke nature of this product. If you need your item sooner, please email the studio at info@cressidajamieson.com and we can discuss this.

We will notify you via email when your item has been shipped. We ship worldwide and offer the following flat rate shipping services:

1. UK - £10 via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Tracked, next day guaranteed)

2. Europe - £15.95 via Royal Mail Tracked

3. Rest of World - £22.95 via Royal Mail Tracked
